ZS showcases enterprise-scale AI execution at Dreamforce 2026

EVANSTON, Ill. – Sept. 9, 2026 - ZS will showcase at Dreamforce 2026 how they help organizations move beyond AI pilots and isolated agents to enterprise-scale execution, drawing on its experience from more than 3,000 ZS and Salesforce engagements. Attendees will see how ZS, a global management consulting and technology firm, combines deep industry expertise and Salesforce technologies to help organizations connect data, workflows and decision-making across the enterprise. During Dreamforce, taking place September 15-17, 2026, ZS leaders will discuss how they work with organizations to deploy agentic AI in highly regulated environments. Demonstrations will focus on capabilities for pharma, medtech, payer, high tech, travel and hospitality, financial services and insurance across Salesforce technologies, including Agentforce, Life Sciences Cloud, Data 360 and Marketing Cloud Next.
In one example, ZS will highlight how it worked with a leading medtech company and Salesforce technologies to introduce agentic solutions that reduced "where is my order?" inquiries by 32%, cut average call handle time by 18% and delivered sub-second response times for 70%-80% of inquiries.
