Amy has over 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry and currently leads ZS’s customer insights solution area. She has been responsible for developing the talent and capabilities to uncover relevant and actionable insights that will inform critical commercial decisions.
Amy’s expertise is focused on informing, shaping and implementing marketing strategy across a range of therapeutic areas. She has the knowledge and experience to leverage a full range of insight tools to build the foundation necessary to drive evidence-based marketing strategy.
Before joining ZS, Amy spent five years at Abbott Laboratories working in a variety of pharmaceutical product development and manufacturing roles.
Amy holds a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from the University of Wisconsin, and she earned an MBA from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business.
