As ZS’s managing director and CEO, Chris leads the overall strategic direction of the firm, ensuring that its people focus on delivering impact where it matters most to clients.

 

 

Chris has an extensive range of international sales and marketing experience that evolved from working on pharmaceutical and healthcare industry issues in North America, South America, Europe, Australia, Asia and Africa.

 

In more than 25 years at ZS, he has helped over 100 operating affiliates of top global pharmaceutical companies develop and implement sales force sizing and structuring, resource allocation, customer segmentation and valuation, targeting and call planning, channel design, organizational design, territory alignment, incentive compensation, integration and mergers, marketing mix and sales forecasting decisions.

 

 

Prior to his current role, he served as the leader of ZS's global pharmaceuticals practice and as regional lead for the firm’s offices in the Midwestern and Western U.S.

 

 

Chris has a B.S. in accounting from Indiana University, and an MBA with honors from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
