Role
Alex leads ZS’s key account management (KAM) practice area. In his role, Alex supports clients in designing and executing KAM strategy and has led numerous transformations across the life sciences industry. Alex has co-authored some of the only KAM research focused on the life sciences industry, including industry-specific benchmarking and impact measurement.
Expertise
Alex is a strategic adviser for organizations transforming their business-to-business engagement models. Alex’s experience includes helping global pharmaceutical companies develop their business case for KAM; design their transformation; build and align KAM strategies across both U.S. and outside U.S. markets; and prioritize the right processes, tools and enablers to bring the strategy to life. Alex is also a regular speaker at the Strategic Account Management Association’s annual meeting and is a co-author of the book, “Key Account Management Excellence in Pharma & Medtech.”
Education
Alex holds an MBA from the Chicago Booth School of Business and a B.A. in political science from the University of Chicago.
