Role
As a leader within ZS’s health plan and provider practice, Amy advises clients across a range of business priorities, including product and commercialization strategy, payer-provider partnerships, sales effectiveness and partnership and innovation approaches. Much of her work focuses on the intersection between business strategy, data and operations to drive performance and value for health plans and other healthcare stakeholders. She works with clients to define tailored strategies grounded in industry expertise and practical constraints and to align diverse stakeholders on program design and implementation.
Expertise
Amy has expertise across the health plan value chain, including sales, product, population health, consumer engagement, provider network management, value-based care and data governance.
Prior experience
Prior to ZS, Amy gained extensive experience in management consulting, working to solve complex challenges for a range of healthcare industry companies.
Education
Amy holds an MBA and MPP from the University of Michigan, and a B.A. in government and psychology from Cornell University.
