Ankush has 10-plus years of consulting and analytics/AI experience focused on omnichannel and digital capabilities across industries and geographies. He is the analytics leader of ZS’s customer-centric marketing practice in India.




Ankush’s areas of expertise revolve around advanced analytics and AI in the omnichannel and digital world. Most of his experience is in the life sciences industry including capabilities like marketing mix, promotion planning, field suggestions, omnichannel next best actions and digital content hyper-personalization. He has also been closely associated with developing and deploying ZS’s AI suite of products.



Prior experience

Prior to joining ZS, Ankush worked with Cognizant Business Consulting in the financial services and digital marketing practice areas.




Ankush holds an MBA from XLRI Jamshedpur and a computer engineering degree from Government College of Engineering in Pune, India.
