Apoorva is the India lead for ZS’s client engagement with a top-10 pharma client, and she works across commercial operations functional areas.
As the India lead, she is responsible for ensuring that the global operating model works effectively, drives a cohesive team culture across 100-plus member sub-teams, strengthens client relationships and brings innovation to the client.
Apoorva has built strong relationships with clients and helped grow ZS’s business from its center of excellence office. She has positively impacted many areas and team members, and she continues to foster an environment where the team gets better individually and collectively.
She is also very passionate about helping women build successful careers and is a part of ZS’s global Women’s Leadership Initiative. She has brought alternate thinking to many programs to help women at ZS grow professionally.
In the past nine-plus years, Apoorva has worked across insurance, re-insurance, risk and catastrophic modeling, and fraud waste and abuse analytics for a large healthcare payer. She is responsible for several Six Sigma process transformation projects. In addition, she was honored with the 2019 HBA Rising Star award, representing ZS among more than 2,000 industry leaders.
Apoorva has a master’s degree in finance from MFC, University of Delhi, and an economics degree (with honors) from Lady Sri Ram College. She is certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
