Carolyn is a leader in ZS’s strategy and transformation group, and she focuses on designing customer experiences and transforming organizational capabilities. She has led the development of ZS’s frameworks for extracting customer insights and translating them into meaningful customer experiences and strategies. Also, she has been a leader in developing the programs for launch and marketing excellence upskilling; building immersive gamified events that help bring real marketing issues to life for her clients; and building the skills that help clients gain a leading edge in their markets.  



Carolyn has worked with clients on global projects ranging from launch strategy to customer experience design, organizational design, competitive planning, segmentations, forecasting, patient journeys, branding and more.  She focuses mainly on specialty markets with specific depth of knowledge in oncology and orphan diseases. Over the last decade, Carolyn has worked on more than 40 different oncology molecules across 20-plus tumor types



Prior to ZS, Carolyn worked in the mission operations team for the International Space Station program, designing the control systems for the space station robotic systems. Carolyn was also a professional musical theater performer, singing and dancing in musicals such as Evita, 42nd Street, South Pacific, and Lady Be Good in theaters across Canada.



Carolyn graduated from the University of Manitoba with a bachelor’s in mechanical engineering. She also has a master’s in space robotics from the University of Toronto Institute for Aerospace Studies and an MBA from the University of Toronto’s Rotman School of Business with a major in marketing.
