Chris Wong
Background and experience
Chris is a part of ZS’s supply chain and manufacturing practice and leads global logistics and distribution. He also co-leads ZS’s Radiopharma Center of Excellence. He helps tackle supply chain and manufacturing and transportation challenges with short-shelf-life products.
Chris has partnered with multiple clients to design pharmaceutical distribution strategy, manage distributor agreements, perform analytics using channel and distribution data and redesign processes across the order-to-fulfillment landscape. His experience includes a wide array of pharma and medical device products, from mass market generics and biologics to rare disease, cell and gene therapy and radiopharma products. In cell therapy and radiopharma, Chris has partnered with multiple clients to manage the allocation of manufacturing resources, monitor and mitigate transportation issues, as well as digitize manufacturing systems.
Before joining ZS, Chris worked as a research and development engineer in the chemical industry.
