As a leader of ZS’s consumer health practice, Christin helps clients find and develop growth opportunities in highly competitive markets. She specializes in uncovering consumer insights, developing portfolio and brand strategies, building robust innovation pipelines and delivering go-to-market foundational elements.


Christin is a strategic leader in the consumer industry with over 25 years of experience. She has expertise in developing business strategy, portfolio strategy, brand positioning, segmentation, product innovation and shopper journey marketing. She has experience using AI-based solutions as well as a variety of research and analytic tools to uncover deep consumer and market insights. Christin has also advised small to midsize businesses on market entry strategy and direct-to-consumer and e-commerce sales and marketing best practices.

Prior experience

Before joining ZS, Christin worked for over 20 years in the consumer health and packaged goods industry for Procter & Gamble, Reckitt Benckiser and Novartis Consumer Health across a variety of brands and categories. She also has experience leading global projects across North America, Europe and Asia.


Christin holds a bachelor’s degree in international studies and a bachelor’s in Russian and East European studies, all from American University.
