Craig has helped many clients adapt their customer engagement models to better succeed in the evolving healthcare market.


Craig serves as the regional managing principal for ZS in Eastern North America.




Craig focuses largely on accelerating sales growth through go-to-market strategy, customer segmentation and targeting, promotion mix optimization, incentive compensation and a wide range of sales force effectiveness and implementation issues. He has broad experience with leading pharmaceutical and biotech sales and marketing organizations in all major geographic markets and across the full spectrum of therapy areas.



Prior experience

Craig also served in several other global leadership roles for ZS in the past, and he is a former board member.




Craig holds a B.S. in accounting from Indiana University. He earned an MBA with honors—and graduated as valedictorian—from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, where he received the top student award from the Kellogg marketing department.
