David works primarily with pharmaceutical clients in Europe, addressing a variety of issues across all of ZS’s sales, marketing and operations spaces.
David’s particular areas of focus is on the customer-facing organization, including design, setup and optimization. David brings this expertise to bear in initiatives such as organization design and role definition, optimization of the customer engagement process and sales force effectiveness. He is passionate about using analytics and technology to help optimize the way that pharma companies engage with their customers, and he has presented at industry conferences on ideas such as field suggestions. He is also experienced in broader marketing analytics and forecasting and is a certified PRINCE2® practitioner.
David holds a master’s in science (MSci) and Associateship of the Royal College of Science (ARCS) in chemistry from Imperial College in London.
