Didier is a leader of the go-to-market and customer engagement orchestration practices in Europe. He has over 20 years of experience and has led large commercial transformation initiatives globally across pharma, biotech, generics and animal health.




Didier has steered projects in several areas including sales force transformation, mergers and integration, sales force effectiveness, go-to-market strategy, growth strategy, sales and marketing capability building, omnichannel engagement strategy and next best action implementation.


Didier has supported the deployment of the ZS's omnichannel next best action solution for several pharma companies in Europe, leveraging data science expertise, technology enablers, change management and organization design principles.



Prior experience

Prior to ZS, Didier was an automotive research engineer.




Didier holds a Ph.D. in mechanical engineering from Ecole Polytechnique (France) and an engineering degree from Ecole des Mines (Nancy).
