Doug has worked on a wide range of sales and marketing issues for healthcare companies. His areas of expertise include promotional assessment, promotional planning, forecasting, and sales force design and effectiveness.


Over the past 12 years, Doug has worked with over 20 companies in Canada and the U.S., helping them measure, model, design and implement commercial strategies. Doug has extensive experience helping healthcare companies understand, quantify and maximize opportunities. 



Prior experience

Before joining ZS in 2004, Doug was an engineer and new product manager in the electronics industry. 




Doug holds an MBA from the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto. He also holds an engineering chemistry degree from Queen’s University.
