In her career as a user experience professional, Elizabeth has improved and shipped software, web applications and mobile apps across a variety of industries, including pharma, travel, finance, insurance and consumer retail. Her specialty lies at the intersection of researching how people think and work and designing tools to meet those needs.
Before joining ZS, Elizabeth served as user experience director for a leading UX research and design consulting firm. She also taught user-centered design at the university level.
Elizabeth holds a B.A. in political science and international relations from Northwestern University, and an M.S. in human-computer interaction from DePaul University. She is also certified in customer experience.
