Eric has worked with more than 40 North American clients to design or improve their go-to-market models.


Eric is a leader in ZS’s strategy and transformation practice. He supports organizations through transformative changes with purposeful diagnostics, organization design, strategic capability activation and relentless execution. 




Passionate about taking ideas through implementation, Eric works with clients to make their visions a reality. He has delivered work in more than 10 countries across the healthcare industry. Within strategy and transformation, Eric focuses on enablers and behavior changes for all role types, and he has done work that includes role design, performance model creation, assessment centers and ongoing capability building.


Beyond the strategy and transformation arena, Eric’s expertise also extends to sales and marketing. He has significant experience in customer-facing organization design, commercial operations, key account management, medical affairs, patient support programs and business technology. In addition, Eric co-authored several white papers on topics related to the impact of sales force effectiveness.



Prior experience

Before joining ZS, Eric worked in the plastics industry as an engineer and project manager, ultimately leading the organization's customer satisfaction initiative.




Eric holds a bachelor’s degree in applied science, achieved with honors, from the University of Toronto.
