Role



As a leader in ZS’s consumer marketing practice area, Eric partners with clients to build a deep understanding of the most actionable opportunities for their business and that translate into demand-driven growth strategies, innovation and new product development and go-to-market activation.

Expertise



Throughout his career, Eric has helped clients across a wide array of industries—including CPG, durable goods, life sciences, and travel and hospitality—generate business insights and develop new marketing capabilities. He’s led engagements to support the full spectrum of marketing functions, including segmentation, consumer journey, marketing mix modeling, innovation, M&A, brand strategy, and measurement and reporting.

 

Eric has particular expertise in applying AI to drive efficiencies across insights and marketing functions and has played a key role in developing and implementing ZS’s proprietary gen AI-enabled insights capability, Atlas Intelligence.

Education



Eric holds a B.A. in economics, business institutions and entrepreneurship from Northwestern University.
