Erin brings 25-plus years of experience designing and delivering remarkable customer and employee experiences and solving complex business challenges. Her approach combines the best of human-centered design and “lean” and agile approaches, enabling teams to quickly learn what works before scaling new behaviors, tools and processes for measurable business impact and lasting change.
Erin believes the organizations that win in the long run are the ones that learn and evolve the fastest. Her background spans product and experience design as well as organizational, business model and digital transformation design.
Erin has developed human-centered, action-learning and innovation coaching programs for organizations including SAP, Intuit and Infosys. These programs focused on accelerating the speed of human-centered business outcomes while cultivating high-performing teams in the context of live projects.
Prior to ZS, Erin provided experience design expertise, coaching and facilitation to senior executives in a variety of industries including automotive, biotechnology, cloud services, education, financial services, fitness, food and beverage, hospitality, insurance, retail and technology/software.
Erin holds an MBA from the Franklin W. Olin Graduate School of Business at Babson College. She is also a certified coach, an Innovation Games™ trained facilitator, and co-author of the book, Business Models for Teams. Erin is a Fellow of the RSA (Royal Society for the Encouragement of Arts, Manufacturers and Commerce), an organization whose mission is to enrich society through ideas and action.
