Falko works closely with pharma organizations to develop and implement customer value strategies, leading to better business results and customer experiences.


Falko is the office managing associate principal for ZS’s Frankfurt office and works with major European pharmaceutical companies on strengthening their commercial strategies. He is also a member of ZS’s DEI council which aims to foster a culture of collaboration, growth and well-being.


For over a decade Falko has helped global, regional and local organizations with their customer engagement strategies, customer engagement transformations and go-to-market approaches. He covers a solid range of strategic marketing and sales projects, including key account management strategy and capability building, commercial strategy, commercial organization design, customer engagement excellence, cross-functional team and leadership coaching, as well as value strategy and proposition design.

Prior experience

Before he joined consulting, Falko did research in the field of neurovirology and neurochemistry focusing on neurodegenerative mechanisms in diseases such as HIV, dementia, Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s. Falko also served as a sales force effectiveness manager and in-house consultant in the German pharmaceutical industry. 


Falko has a Ph.D. in neurochemistry from the University of Würzburg in Germany.
