Fiona delivers customer insights that empower companies to make key clinical, marketing and commercial decisions.


Fiona leads ZS’s global qualitative expertise center. She enables ZS’s teams and clients to uncover deep insights through both innovative and traditional qualitative research methodologies. She manages the firm’s team of expert qualitative market researchers who support the design and execution of customized research studies.


Fiona has over 12 years of experience as a management consultant in the sales and marketing space, with specialization in healthcare and particularly market research. She established ZS’s suite of patient market research methodologies, Patient 365. Fiona has extensive experience in the oncology market, including breast and lung cancer, melanoma, hematological malignancies and many other tumor sites.

Prior experience

Fiona joined ZS in 2007. Prior to her current role, she spent five years as the oncology marketing lead for ZS’s largest pharmaceutical client in Europe.


Fiona holds a Bachelor of Science with honors in biochemistry, biology and economics from the University of Toronto.
