Florent has pioneered the use of innovative data with life science clients to improve commercial outcomes.


Florent currently leads ZS’s data strategy practice. He advises clients on data strategy, data evaluation vs. use cases, governance, capability building and more. Florent also leads the data partnership group, acting as a CDO for ZS, developing partnerships with data providers, enhancing access, and broadening data usage and productization.




With over 18 years at ZS, Florent has developed a strong expertise in life sciences and healthcare, leading project teams on varied and simultaneous engagements including data strategy, advanced analytics, go-to-market strategy, sales and marketing, market research, field force strategy, field force effectiveness, incentive compensation and information systems, with a strong emphasis on analytics, innovation and implementation. 



Prior experience

Before joining ZS, Florent was a consultant at EDS-A.T. Kearney. He led business process re-engineering and software package implementation across different industries, including automotive, packaged goods, beverage distribution, office products, etc.




Florent holds an MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania (with honors). He also received an engineering diploma in space science and computer science from the Institut Superieur de l’Aeronautique et de l’Espace (ISAE-Sup’Aero, Toulouse, France).
