Gayatri helps large pharma companies define and scale omnichannel capabilities, redefine content co-creation and incorporate AI and data to reimagine the customer experience.


As the Europe practice lead for ZS’s Digital Customer Experience, Gayatri is responsible for helping clients elevate their digital capabilities and leverage them for omnichannel engagement and marketing transformation. She also serves as an executive sponsor to clients for many of ZS’s omnichannel customer experience transformation programs.


Gayatri has over 20 years of experience as a marketer, having led brand teams to launch and grow businesses. She has experience in brand marketing, omnichannel strategy, digital customer experience and personalized content.


A boundary-spanner, she is a marketing practitioner and a proponent of technology as a transformation enabler and enjoys her role as a change agent that connects strategy with execution. She leads a cross-functional team of digital strategists, martech experts and content strategists to help pharma companies adapt to the fast-paced changes in the commercial landscape.

Prior experience

Before joining ZS, Gayatri was the Europe Head for Digital Marketing Services and Content Practice at Cognizant, where she led a wide range of strategic services, including channel strategy, campaign management and building capabilities for delivering personalized content.


Gayatri holds an MBA from Kellogg School of Business and a B.A. from St. Joseph’s College.
