Gila is part of the patient and consumer health team and focuses on market research projects that inform patient and consumer business questions. She has broad experience across project types and therapeutic areas. 



Gila’s areas of expertise include qualitative research, quantitative research and marketing strategy. She has worked extensively in areas such as customer segmentations, customer journeys, message testing, ATUs, marketing analytics and promotion response across therapeutic areas. 



Prior to joining ZS, Gila worked at GfK as part of the healthcare research division.  



Gila holds a B.A. in economics from Yeshiva University.
