As leader of ZS’s patient and consumer health practice, Hensley helps clients identify how to develop and enhance patient-centric capabilities to deliver experiences that meet patient needs and improve outcomes. She works with clients to develop deeper patient and consumer insights through market research and secondary data analytics; identify consumer promotion strategies and investment priorities; design and develop goal-driven patient support programs; and evaluate program results to develop opportunities for optimization.



Hensley is a strategic leader in the health and wellness industry, with special expertise in delivering strategic solutions combining marketing efforts with consumer health programs for pharmaceutical, biotech, OTC, and provider clients. Her experience includes DTC launches in multiple categories; ongoing consumer and patient marketing strategy for brands ranging from highly targeted orphan drugs to several of the largest pharmaceutical categories; and late-lifecycle LOE strategy planning and implementation.



Before joining ZS, Hensley was EVP, Strategy and Analytics at Saatchi & Saatchi Health and Wellness, where she led consumer and patient marketing strategy across multiple brands and therapeutic categories. Previously, she spent eight years leading imc2’s health and wellness practice and four years as President of Harte-Hanks Direct and Interactive.



Hensley holds an M.B.A. from The Wharton School, and a B.A. in economics from Duke University.
