Background and experience
Hensley is a leader in ZS’s global transformation practice, where she and her team create a clear vision for organizational transformation, helping clients make key strategic decisions. Working with deep domain experts in R&D, go-to-market and commercialization, digital integration, tech and analytics and patient centricity, Hensley and the transformation management team create a clear roadmap for change.
Hensley is also a strategic leader in the health and wellness industry, with special expertise in helping pharmaceutical organizations build patient-centric organizations and capabilities. She designs the optimal organizational operating model and customer engagement approach to achieve key business goals.
In 2022, she co-authored the book “Reinventing Patient Centricity,” and has worked with some of the world’s largest pharmaceutical companies to define patient-centric strategies. She brings a unique combination of deep analytics and data knowledge, with decades of experience championing the patient perspective and advocating for unstructured problem-solving. Hensley helps clients develop new solutions that deliver business value and improved outcomes for patients.
Before joining ZS, Hensley was executive vice president of strategy and analytics at Saatchi & Saatchi Health and Wellness, where she led consumer and patient marketing strategy across multiple brands and therapeutic categories. She also spent eight years leading imc2’s health and wellness practice and four years as president of Harte-Hanks Direct and Interactive.
