Jason deploys innovative new strategies to help Fortune 500 financial services companies build and sustain market-leading positions.


Jason leads ZS’s financial services practice. During his 20 years at ZS, he has helped dozens of firms design and implement successful marketing and sales strategies spanning customer research, segmentation, organization design, incentives, analytics, and operations.




Jason’s experience spans industries including asset management, insurance and banking. He is a contributor to various publications including FT/Ignites and AM Best, sits on the MMI data and analytics committee, and has presented at conferences such as LIMRA, FRA, MMI and the Institutional Investor Institute. Jason’s financial services and incentive compensation insights have also been published on



Prior experience

Jason was a founding member of ZS’s Boston office. Before that, he worked extensively with several biotech and B-to-B clients in New England.




Jason holds a B.A. in economics and statistics from the University of Chicago, and an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management.
