Jay is a seasoned strategy consultant and marketing professional with more than 20 years of experience growing businesses across categories, including consumer technology, consumer products, B-to-B (tech), financial services and healthcare.



Throughout his career, Jay has developed and implemented marketing strategies for numerous brands, created road maps for growth, and trained companies on improved marketing processes. Jay has led engagements on segmentation, need states, demand landscapes, customer decision journey, experience improvement, new product development and many others.



Jay has worked with Microsoft for over eight years, leading segmentation efforts and other projects across business groups and brands, including Windows, Skype, Office, Bing, Hotmail, Xbox, retail, and various audiences, teams and other groups. Prior to joining ZS, Jay led Rosetta Consulting’s marketing strategy group, advising senior executives across industries while leading a 75-person consulting team. Prior to Rosetta, Jay spent a number of years as a marketing strategy consultant at both Monitor Company and The Cambridge Group.



Jay holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a B.B.A. from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business.
