Jeff is the managing principal of ZS’s global operations and technology business, and is also a member of the management advisory committee, operating committee, and practice area strategy and innovation council. He supports his clients across a broad range of commercial and technology issues.



Over the past 20 years, Jeff has helped nearly 100 companies across a range of industries increase their sales and marketing effectiveness through technology, analytics, information management, go-to-market strategy, commercial operations optimization, incentive compensation design and administration, and sales and marketing process re-engineering. He was selected as a top 25 consultant in 2014 by Consulting magazine, and he has been featured or quoted in numerous publications.



Jeff helped establish ZS’s former business intelligence practice area in 2008 and led its growth from $15 million to over $100 million. He also led diverse operations, technology, analytics and consulting work with several major clients.



Jeff holds an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, where he was recognized as a Palmer Scholar. He also holds a B.A. in economics from the University of Pennsylvania.
