Jennifer’s focus is within ZS’s patient and consumer health practice, where she helps lead projects that leverage data to uncover consumer and patient insights. She has helped develop frameworks for understanding patient centricity within a number of healthcare sectors and has driven results for clients focused on the planning, research and measurement of brand-influenced patient experiences and DTC marketing campaigns.
With expertise in patient centricity within commercial marketing, R&D, enterprise-wide strategy and digital health solutions, Jennifer helps clients better plan and understand the impact of patient-focused activations. She has conducted extensive research in patient centricity, optimized digital assets as part of the patient-centered strategy for a number of products, and incorporated key digital health solutions and patient support program insights into effective client solution designs.
Jennifer has 10-plus years of cross-industry expertise in product development, consumer experience design, marketing and sales operations within a range of industries including tech, retail, beauty, hospitality, patient care and non-profit foundations. She has helped scale a number of high-growth startups while also delivering results for midsize and global organizations.
Jennifer holds an MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business, with a focus in design thinking and entrepreneurship, as well as a B.S. in psychology from Harvard College.
