As a manager in applied behavioral insights, Jessica is category-agnostic; she works with clients across industries from consumer tech to pharma to understand and leverage people’s underlying behavioral drivers. 



Over the course of her career, Jessica has focused on in-depth understanding of different audiences and creating solutions across marketing, branding, creative, digital and media. She has a balanced philosophy of insights and action emphasizing her focus on identifying insights and developing strategies that are actionable and can move a business forward.



Before joining ZS, Jessica worked in advertising as a strategic planner, where she led insights and strategy work in various categories: spirits, retail, tech, healthcare and pharma. 



Jessica holds a bachelor’s in political science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a master’s in integrated marketing from Northwestern University.
