Jill helps clients develop and implement strong strategies for bringing the right product to market for the right patients.


Jill has over 15 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and medtech industries. Her broad experience includes work in Canada, the United States and Europe. She develops deep and longstanding relationships with clients, focused on supporting their personal success as well as the success of the company. She is the global client service lead for one of ZS’s key accounts and is also the global chair for Women@ZS, helping to create a workplace within which women can thrive.


Jill’s areas of expertise include strategic and brand planning, launch strategy, deep insight generation and transformation. She uses agile and design thinking approaches within her engagements to foster innovation and bring impact to her clients. Having led strategic initiatives across many markets and organizations, Jill advises clients ranging from senior executive teams to large cross-functional groups to small brand teams. She has a particular interest in complex strategic challenges and is passionate about helping organizations navigate the complexities of launching products into dynamic markets.

Prior experience

Before joining ZS in 2010, Jill worked as a product specialist for Johnson & Johnson Medical Products.


Jill holds an MBA from the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto, and an Honours Bachelor of Science in life sciences from Queen’s University in Kingston.
