Jon is the leader of ZS’s oncology vertical globally. He is focused on addressing commercialization issues for clients in the oncology marketplace, with an emphasis on field force and customer experience strategy, transformation and execution.

 

 

Jon has led many initiatives to design innovative customer engagement and deployment models in oncology. He designed and published ZS’s oncology customer experience tracker, a groundbreaking study that demonstrated the importance of customer experience on access, engagement and business results in the oncology marketplace.

 

Jon has advised more than 30 oncology companies—ranging from small biotechs launching their first product to large pharma companies building out their portfolios—on a variety of sales and marketing strategy issues. 

 

 

Before joining ZS in 2005, Jon worked in the semiconductor industry with a startup microchip design firm.

 

 

Jon holds a B.S. in electrical engineering from Cornell University and an MBA from New York University’s Stern School of Business.
