Jude works with life sciences clients with a focus on evolution in the healthcare delivery marketplace and the impact that has on changing go-to-market strategies for manufacturers. Jude’s specific engagements in this space have spanned commercial model design and transformation, key account management strategy assessment and program design, IDN segmentation and account selection, and localized customer engagement design.
During more than 25 years with ZS, Jude has consulted with companies from the Fortune 50 to startups, with a focus primarily on biopharmaceuticals and medical technology. He has worked on projects in the U.S., India, Australia and New Zealand. Jude has been a speaker at multiple industry conferences and is the author of several articles on sales and marketing issues.
Jude’s previous ZS leadership positions include leader of the global customer models and motivation practice, leader of the New York office, founder/leader of the New Delhi competency and expertise center in India, head of the global sales force design practice and leader of the business operations capability group in India.
Jude holds a B.A. in economics with honors from the University of Pennsylvania.
