Kshitij leads the global medical analytics service line within the medical and evidence practice area at ZS. He partners with healthcare organizations to transform their analytics and digital capabilities and enable data-driven decision-making to drive patient outcomes and impact.

He leverages a deep understanding of the intersection between healthcare, strategy and analytics to bring innovative solutions for medical affairs organizations. Kshitij leads several engagements spanning go-to-market strategy, launch excellence, field organization design and enablement, digital medical omnichannel orchestration, impact measurement and reporting. He has helped clients enhance their scientific engagement model, elevate evidence generation capabilities and automate customer insights by harnessing the power of data and analytics.

Before joining ZS, Kshitij worked as an analyst at Mu Sigma.

Kshitij holds a Bachelor of Technology in metallurgical and materials engineering from the National Institute of Technology Jamshedpur.
