He leverages his expertise in content transformation, marketing technologies and digital solutions to deliver large-scale technology programs. These programs include customer experience platforms, enterprise portals, content management systems, customer identity management, campaign management and e-commerce solutions. Kumar excels at integrating agency functions with technology, strategy, process and digital transformation.
Prior experience
Before joining ZS, Kumar worked with Publicis Sapient in multiple leadership roles across its offices in New York, London, Duesseldorf and New Delhi. He led global teams spread across North America, EMEA and APAC.
Education
Kumar holds a master’s in technology management from Columbia University and a bachelor’s of technology in engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay.
