Role
Kunal leads ZS’s travel and hospitality practice area, where he supports clients in the airline, hospitality and car rental industries in commercial strategy and transformation engagements.
Expertise
Over Kunal’s 20 years of consulting and industry experience, he has engaged with clients across the globe on a variety of commercial topics. He assists companies in the travel industry in enhancing their sales and revenue management offerings and organizations. By deploying and optimizing their segment and channel strategies, he drives sales and revenue management effectiveness, leading to significant and tangible margin improvements. Kunal is also a lecturer for Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management executive education program, where he teaches commercial operations and sales effectiveness for the B2B Sales Force Strategy & Effectiveness in the Digital Age program.
Prior experience
Prior to joining ZS, Kunal worked at United Airlines in international revenue management, sales and distribution strategy, where he received the President’s Club award. He was also with another management consulting firm, where he supported numerous top-line-focused engagements across industries such as airlines, metals and mining, and building products. Kunal also sat on HSMAI’s Revenue Management Advisory Board.
Education
Kunal holds an MBA from the London Business School, and a B.S. in marketing and operations management from Indiana University.
