Mahmood’s areas of expertise include enterprise data strategy, big data, predictive analytics, machine learning and AI, advanced business insights, digital strategy, customer-centric marketing and process optimization.

 

Within ZS’s business technology practice, Mahmood leads strategy formulation and execution, growth, go-to-market teams and partnerships, and he’s responsible for ZS’s technology innovation investment to develop, disrupt and deploy cutting-edge technology solutions and services.

Mahmood holds an executive MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management, a M.S. in computer science from DePaul University and B.S. in architectural design from the University of Oklahoma.
