Malcolm is a ZS principal and marketing analytics expert. He uses data to help pharmaceutical and biotech companies address professional, patient and consumer marketing issues.



Malcolm helps clients apply secondary data to inform commercial decisions for biopharma companies. He has brought analytical approaches to a range of strategic marketing issues including brand strategy, investment optimization, customer experience and commercial organization design.


He is also a member of ZS’s customer-centric marketing team, where he leads ZS's AffinityMonitor™ and AccessMonitor™ offerings, two innovative cross-industry databases that capture individual sales and marketing channel affinities for more than 800,000 healthcare providers.


Malcolm has advised clients in the Americas, Asia and Europe across a range of therapeutic areas.



Malcolm holds a master’s in computer science from the University of Pennsylvania, and a bachelor’s in anthropology from Grinnell College.
