Mani leads launch analytics and brand performance analytics to help brand teams drive brand performance.
As part of ZS’s commercial strategy and transformation practice area, Mani focuses on brand analytics using AI and machine learning, field force strategy and field force operations. In his sales and marketing work, Mani has worked with the pharmaceutical industry to streamline and automate analytics and operational processes to drive efficiencies. Mani has helped design and build tools for headquarters and sales professionals to improve strategic and tactical decision-making.
Before joining ZS, Mani's experience included customer relationship management, go-to-market strategy and forecasting applied to a wide range of industries including transportation, telecommunications, publishing and high-tech.
Mani holds an MBA from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business, an M.S. in electrical engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, and a Bachelor of Technology in electrical engineering from IIT Delhi.
