Mary Ann is the leader of the marketing practice area. She is a marketing expert known for driving senior client impact in sales and transformation. She’s led multiple large-scale transformations of marketing organizations from design to operations in support of customer experience, agile and digital transformation objectives.


Mary Ann’s areas of expertise include customer experience, patient centricity and digital transformation.

Prior experience

Prior to ZS, Mary Ann spent several years working in healthcare, gaining expertise in mergers and acquisitions to international public health at a variety of academic institutions.


Mary Ann completed a Master’s degree in public health and an MBA from the University of California at Berkeley.
