Matt is a principal in ZS’s healthcare ecosystem practice and leads our B2B marketing space in life sciences.


Matt is an expert in commercial strategy, go-to-market models and brand marketing. He helps companies navigate the evolving healthcare ecosystem, including how to optimize efforts against organized customers. He brings a unique blend of in-line pharma experience as well as consulting work driving top-line impact for brands and clients. Matt is also experienced in helping companies optimize their commercial model to serve health systems. He has supported companies in their journeys to assess the impact of health systems on the business, segment the audience, devise winning strategies and develop supporting operating models and value proposition to enable success. 

Prior experience

Prior to joining ZS, Matt was a director at Strategy&, part of the PwC network, in the commercial strategy practice. He also spent 15 years in a variety of sales, marketing and management roles with Bristol-Myers Squibb, Ferring Pharmaceuticals and Medicines Direct Pharmaceuticals. Matt has experience advising clients in the mass market, specialty and medical products spaces from strategy through implementation.


Matt has an MBA in marketing from Villanova University and a B.A. in communications with a focus on pre-law from Montclair State University.
