Mike has more than 19 years of experience addressing sales and marketing issues for clients in the pharmaceutical and medical diagnostics industries. As the global chair of the ZS people and culture team, Mike is dedicated to helping preserve and protect ZS culture.

Mike’s areas of expertise include commercial operations, performance reporting, marketing effectiveness and launch planning in the pharmaceutical industry. A ZS leader in the implementation of operations best practices, Mike is a certified Six Sigma green belt. He has worked extensively with ZS’s teams across North America and India, leading traditional consulting projects as well as managing long-term outsourcing engagements and staff augmentation models.

Mike holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. He also holds a B.S. in electrical engineering from the University of Illinois, and he studied for a year at the Technical University of Munich.
