In addition to his client work, Mike helps drive innovation with ZS’s offerings in this space, including ZS’s JAVELIN® Sales Performance Management platform, and ZS’s account planning and management solutions.

 

 

For more than 15 years, Mike has partnered with many biopharma companies across nearly all aspects of sales strategy, operations and technology, from customer segmentation and targeting to commercial organization design, sales compensation, territory alignment, call planning and key account management.

 

 

Before joining ZS, Mike worked for Lockheed Martin as a system engineer supporting the software deployment and integration needs of a major defense customer.
