Mike is a key leader in commercial strategy, operations and technology, leading both the ZAIDYN® Commercialization team and ZS’s global MDM practice.

Mike is a leader in ZS’s life sciences consulting practice, focused on commercial strategy, operations, master data management (MDM) and key account management (KAM) technology enablement.

As the lead of the ZAIDYN Commercialization team, he focuses on raising awareness of ZAIDYN capabilities and ensuring successful adoption of the ZAIDYN platform. In this role, Mike leads a global team supporting a wide variety of life sciences companies—from the largest pharma companies to emerging biopharma and medtech organizations.

As the MDM practice lead, Mike focuses on MDM strategy, governance, operations and technology. In this role, Mike leads a team of 500+ global MDM practitioners—including 150+ dedicated resources in ZS’s MDM Center of Excellence—supporting dozens of life sciences companies, including most of the top 10 pharma companies.

Mike joined ZS in 2005. He has partnered with numerous life sciences companies across nearly all aspects of commercial strategy, operations and technology—from commercial organization design, field performance management and KAM to data governance, MDM and data quality management.

Before joining ZS, Mike worked for Lockheed Martin as a system engineer, supporting the software deployment and integration needs of a major defense customer.

Mike holds an MBA with honors from Carnegie Mellon University’s Tepper School of Business. He also holds a Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering from the University of Notre Dame, graduating summa cum laude.
