Nidhi leads ZS’s strategy practice within the strategy and transformation service area. She works with clients on defining and making strategic choices, with a focus on marketing strategy, portfolio and therapeutic area strategy, and new product launches.
Nidhi has expertise in marketing, launch excellence, portfolio analysis, therapeutic area strategy and growth strategy. She drives alignment and implementation of marketing and market access strategies for early assets as well as launch and in-line products. She has worked across several therapeutic areas, including cardio-renal, immunology, neuroscience, respiratory and oncology, as well as biosimilars, and her experience spans multiple geographies.
Nidhi held strategic and operational roles in marketing and sales at Novartis, leading both U.S. and global launches of branded specialty products as well as biosimilars and complex generics across several therapeutic areas. She also worked in management consulting as an engagement manager at McKinsey & Company in the pharmaceutical sector.
Nidhi has foundational training in science with a Ph.D. in biochemistry, cellular and molecular biology from the Johns Hopkins School of Medicine. She has a B.A. in biochemistry from Middlebury College.
