Nidhi is a principal in ZS’s strategy and transformation practice. She works with clients on defining and making strategic choices to drive stronger execution of business strategies, with a focus on marketing strategy, portfolio and therapeutic area strategy, and new product launch.
Nidhi has particular expertise in marketing, launch excellence, portfolio analysis, therapeutic area strategy and growth strategy. She has worked across several therapeutic areas, including cardio-renal, immunology, neurology, respiratory and oncology, and in multiple geographies with a focus on driving business alignment and the implementation of marketing and market access strategies for launches, as well as the growth of in-line products.
Nidhi held strategic and operational roles in marketing and sales at Novartis, leading U.S. and global launches of branded specialty products as well as biosimilars and complex generics across several therapeutic areas. She also worked in management consulting as an engagement manager at McKinsey, focusing in the pharmaceutical sector.
Nidhi has foundational training in science with a Ph.D. in biochemistry, cellular and molecular biology from the Johns Hopkins School of Medicine. She has a B.A. in biochemistry from Middlebury College.
