Nitin is a principal in ZS’s New York office and acts as a strategic advisor to healthcare provider and pharma clients.  He focuses on business model design and enhancing healthcare effectiveness through real-world data (RWD) insights and solutions. Nitin helps define and design the value proposition for various stakeholders within the healthcare ecosystem. Leveraging RWD solutions, he brings real-time data and actionable insights to enhance and empower the designed operating model. 

For more than 15 years at ZS, Nitin has worked in numerous areas including organizational design, field force effectiveness, go-to-market strategy and transformation, market assessment, compensation design and people analytics. He is passionate about helping to enhance the healthcare ecosystem to deliver better support to patients and caregivers. 

Prior to joining ZS, Nitin worked at Deloitte Consulting and Lucent-Bell Labs. In addition, he taught sales force effectiveness at a business school college.

Nitin holds an MBA from the New York University Leonard N. Stern School of Business and a Bachelor of Science degree in electronics engineering from National Institute of Technology, Kurukshetra, India.
