Paul led a small incentive compensation project in 2009 for a top pharma client, which led to continuous service. He’s now the client service lead.


Paul is the managing principal of ZS’s Philadelphia office. He provides sales and marketing expertise to clients in the pharma industry. Paul also leads ZS’s decision analytics track, ensuring that the firm has the people, processes and systems needed to deliver top-notch analytics consulting to clients.




Paul’s work at ZS has focused on go-to-market strategy, resource deployment and optimization, and marketing analytics with pharmaceutical and medical device clients across a wide range of therapy areas.


Since joining ZS in 2009, Paul has worked with large multinationals, mid-sized pharma players and single-product startups to advise them on strategy and turn strategy into operations. He also has experience working in North America, Asia, Europe and Africa.



Prior experience

Before joining ZS, Paul worked as a strategy consultant serving clients in healthcare, financial services, CPG and other industries in the U.S. and Europe. His early career was spent in a variety of analytics and marketing roles in consumer finance.




Paul holds an MBA and an MPP from Georgetown University, and M.S. and B.S. degrees in systems engineering from the University of Virginia.
