Pavan supports oncology biopharma and diagnostics companies across the full spectrum of marketing and sales opportunities. He is one of the leaders within ZS’s oncology vertical and leads ZS’s biomarker center of excellence.

 

 

Pavan has 10-plus years of experience partnering with clients to identify gaps in their customer experience, develop commercialization strategies, gather customer insights, and design forward-looking local and global go-to-market models to successfully navigate the evolving oncology market dynamics. In the area of precision medicine and companion diagnostics, Pavan has helped clients with CDx market landscape assessments, CDx strategy, diagnostic/tissue journeys, and opportunity assessments for targeted therapies with a focus on CDx adoption.

 

 

Prior to joining ZS, Pavan worked as a design engineer at Caterpillar.

 

 

Pavan holds an MBA from Yale School of Management and a B.S. in mechanical engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras.
