Pinaki is a leader in ZS’s customer-centric marketing practice based out of Princeton, N.J., and focusses on data-driven digital marketing technology. He has been helping clients set up their marketing technology and managing and delivering programs with a global footprint.

 

 

With over 19 years of consulting experience, Pinaki is a part of ZS’s customer-centric marketing practice. He has been helping clients realize their customer-centric marketing vision by setting up marketing technology ecosystems and integrating sales and marketing insights. He has been working on the Sanofi’s MCE program from the initial data assessment and requirements phase.

 

 

For more than 14 years prior to ZS, Pinaki has partnered closely with business and technology stakeholders on large business transformation programs with global teams across multiple verticals within the areas of CRM, enterprise applications, business intelligence and enterprise performance management.

 

 

Pinaki has a bachelor’s of engineering from the National Institute of Technology and an MBA from Cornell’s Johnson School of Business.
