Pragati has 15 years of consulting experience at ZS’s India and U.K. offices and is focused on helping clients execute strategy through technology, operations, data and analytics. Pragati is a leader of the analytics practice area in the EU for pharma and the ops/tech/analytics area for medtech.

Pragati is regarded as an expert in helping clients establish highly functional and efficient global analytics capabilities, partnering with them end-to-end from defining the vision and strategy to developing the operating model to innovation, scaling and continuous improvement. She also has significant experience in areas such as sales compensation, forecasting, reporting, process excellence and optimization. 

Apart from ZS, Pragati has worked with another consulting firm focused on market research and with a real estate developer to establish the company’s competitive intelligence function.

Pragati holds an MBA from the Indian School of Business in Hyderabad, India, and a bachelor’s of technology degree from IIT-Bombay. She is a certified Prince2® practitioner and Six Sigma Green Belt.
