As a strategy insights and planning practice manager, Rachael focuses on client transformation and growth initiatives. Rachael works primarily with clients to design and execute customer-centric growth strategies and lead go-to-market transformation projects, and has extensive experience in channel/partner strategy, program design and execution initiatives.
Rachael served as her client’s CMO for six months as they underwent a commercial transformation. Rachael helped her client transform its marketing organization by establishing three new functional areas and reducing expenses by 50%. Rachael’s efforts set the tone for the future marketing team and positioned them to be drivers of revenue growth and profitability.
Rachael has 10 years of experience working with leading companies in the high-tech, agriculture, telecommunications, financial services, industrial manufacturing, oil and gas, commercial and residential real estate, and consumer packaged goods industries on a range of sales and marketing issues including understanding and leveraging the voice of the customer/partner, segmentation, sizing and structuring sales and marketing organizations, designing indirect/channel strategies and partner programs, performance management, and workshop design and facilitation.
Before joining ZS, Rachael served in the U.S. Army as a human resources officer.
Rachael holds an MBA (magna cum laude) from Mendoza College of Business at The University of Notre Dame, and a B.S. in chemistry and life sciences from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
