Rajat is the iPAL (practice area lead) for the sales compensation practice area and leads the business operations business unit in India. He also leads the client shared services offering that supports 100-plus small to midsize clients.
Rajat has extensive experience in leading large-scale commercial operations projects and has a specific focus on the sales compensation area. During his 10-plus years at ZS, Rajat has helped more than 50 clients and has led commercial operations programs for three different large pharma clients.
Prior to his current role at ZS, Rajat spent seven years in tech consulting.
Rajat has an engineering degree from PEC, Chandigarh, and an MBA from the Indian School of Business, Hyderabad.
